I’ve been having sessions with Julia for nearly 2 years and it’s one of the best decisions I ever made! I have personalised support in reaching my goals, and she has made my fitness journey a far less daunting (and even enjoyable!) experience. When I started, I was not a regular “gym-goer” at all, but Julia’s support has turned going into the gym something I look forward to. I’m amazed at the progress I’ve made during this time; I’ve nearly lost 20kg (in a sustainable and manageable way) and I feel fitter, stronger and healthier. I can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been training with Julia for over a year and the change both physically and mentally has been huge. Her sessions are always different, always varied and she tailors them to each individual. She challenges you to become the best version of yourself, pushing you to lift more, work harder, and be stronger, in a supportive yet no nonsense fashion; and always with a smile and a laugh .
