– All sessions and programmes must be paid upfront before training begins.
– No refunds are provided once payment is made.
– If purchasing a block of sessions, they must be used within the agreed time frame.
– Discounts may apply when buying bulk sessions or referring a friend (subject to conditions).
– A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
– Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be fully charged and cannot be rescheduled.
– Rescheduling is subject to availability. If a session falls at the end of the week, it may be carried over if both parties agree.
– Exceptions may apply in case of medical emergencies, at the trainer’s discretion.
– Fit With Julia is not responsible for any injuries, medical conditions, or adverse effects resulting from training sessions. Clients should consult a doctor before starting any fitness programme.
– Results may vary. The trainer does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, or specific fitness outcomes.
– Clients assume all risks associated with physical activity and agree to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to train.
– All content, including images, videos, and materials on www.fitwithjulia.co.uk, is owned by Fit With Julia.
– The use of any images of Julia, workout videos, or training content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
– Clients may not record or distribute training sessions without permission.
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
– Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dosthill, United Kingdom.
